Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
From my experience, I will book a meeting between my team and other departments to have a clear conversation about what we are going to post in the next week due to our customer's needs, which products are going to be the highlight, what is our new product, ...
I'd like to get input from partners who might be able to assist me... and I'll also utilize an excel spreadsheet to help organize and classify my work.

Before my next project, I want to focus on really understanding what is working for everyone on my team. I would like to open the conversation to them being able to inform me of any overwhelming tasks and the time they may have to do it. This will help me determine if the workload can be distributed amongst the team or if freelance work is the best option to optimize productivity.
I will make a systematic naming convention so I can find my work. This will set me up well for when I eventually can hire contractors or employees. Future-proofing the business for the win!!
I already use an Excel sheet and a physical planner to track my work, money earned, and hours spent. I need to create an Excel sheet to make a content plan for my business blog posts, content, and emails. I will start creating that within the next week.
That is definitely going to be the content idea generation process. I will carefully consider what stage of the buyer's journey my content is addressing, and see that my content properly resonates with it. This way, I reduce the likelihood of going out of scope and possibly under-satisfying and confusing my audience.
