Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

A good content strategy considers a KPI and then works towards reaching it. It is a roadmap that plans out the exact steps that need to be taken in order to reach that goal.

In addition to complying with the core value of brand, we need to update more about the trends so we must be flexible when planning

Before making the contents, I would first try to figure out my audience and according to which I can frame my contents because the right set of audience is one of the key elements and also to fill the gap/needs
Secondly, the most important step to be undertaken is the preparation of a schedule for keeping consistency as that decides the effectiveness of my content delivery

Before I create any content, if I have to speak to customers, I analyze their sentiment (questions, comments, feedback) to understand what they want to know about the brand; when I have to write some contents that describe the products, I study the competitors and their customers so I can gather many insights and understand what benefits and keywords highlight.

Develop a rubric based on our style guide and content goals to ensure my content reviews are consistent and encourage our team to consistently hit the bulls eye.

I agree. creating a way to collect collaborators input about their opinions on your work and deadlines will help me work on what got the lowest review to improve myself for my next content creation.

Q: Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process?
A: I will use my typical excel sheet, but this time share it before our meeting to receive input and be able to track comments which I can then follow-up and address. This will help me stay organized and clear with my team.

I would first start by colaborating with my team to understand the content style guide. Then start collaborating on content ideas and start tracking using a CRM tool to keep my self organized.

Feedback is something I would like to establish more of. Your idea of the Google form is a very smart approach. No meetings are involved, and you are accessible when it best suits them.

For me i am going to engage my team and present this Content Creation Framework and allow them to share ideas around it and then start using this approach going forward.

I am going to do more planning and focus on my goals and the bigger picture

I would get a clear picture of the goals of my company. The clearer the goals are, the easier it would be to create the framework.

I think I will focus on potential customers "what do they want to know about my product?"

Improving content distribution would boost traffic. Also, accounting for additional graphics and design elements into the process.
