Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
One thing that I would do to improve my current process is once I have an idea and an outline or first rough draft, have others review it and record their suggestions so I can review and revise later on.
Im going to create a content creation calendar for me and my team so we can better organize the flow of how we actually create the content we put out there. right now its very much randomized and no organization, so certain stages often get swept under the rug holding up production for everyone else.
I will get feedback about my new content process from the contractor that will be helping me complete my tasks. This will be the first time new eyes lay on it and I'm sure there will be ways for me to make it easier to duplicate.
Someone needs to evaluate their content. I will make feedback forms for the people on social media or conduct a live session to understand their opinion clearly about the website.
Before I create my next piece of content, I will conceptualize content. I have always wanted to build an art shop on Instagram. If you guys have freetime, can you check my IG acc _rosieworld and give me some ideas ❤ Tysm
First of all, I pay attention to where my target audience is. After choosing the right platform, I pay attention to the questions and needs of the audience, and according to their previous feedback, I plan to produce and publish the next appropriate content. For this I'll use a content calendar and framework to work with teammates.
My current process is lacking timely work, I haven't come to the point of being granular with my steps and schedules. I have to work more on that for more efficient workflow
For me, next time when I create a granular marketing plan, I will always keep in mind my company-wide initiatives to stay focus on the value we bring to our customers. From there, I will map out what content I need and when it needs to be live.
Before creating my next piece of content, I am going to focus on a platform I find most interesting, and evluate whihc platforms I feel need the most work. From there I will collaborate with my team on their feedback and adjust my framework accordingly.
