Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
For me, next time when I create a granular marketing plan, I will always keep in mind my company-wide initiatives to stay focus on the value we bring to our customers. From there, I will map out what content I need and when it needs to be live.
Before creating my next piece of content, I am going to focus on a platform I find most interesting, and evluate whihc platforms I feel need the most work. From there I will collaborate with my team on their feedback and adjust my framework accordingly.
Learning what type of content is most relevant to each persona and when so I can better plan for it, rather than making one piece of content the center of my campaign.
It's important to note the right social media platform and content consistency is key to creation process success. Also, it's important to evaluate your process with cross-functional team gain feedback and a chance to improve process efficiency.
One thing I can improve upon is the review process. Though my manager hasn't set clear expectations or review system in place, I will ask him to do so and send him all the content to review first for feedback (made a mistake recently of not doing so which he disapproved of). Both sides should work on setting a clear system in place.
As a one-girl-team, I need to make sure my process runs a lot smoother and avoid a trap of not having an actual schedule for content prepared maybe even months in advance. Also, this makes me rethink my focus around our actual product, its features, and benefits for our users when it comes to creating content that will "delight" our users. Too many steps in my process are happening "ad hoc", which can sometimes be insanely productive, but in a long run this is exhausting and "all over the place". So, re-think, organize and focus for me!
I would think about the size of my content and how others have expressed my ideas similiar to mine. My key ares of significance would be making it interesting and the audience wanting to return to read somemore. The first paragraph or page would have to have to concise and reflect high knowledge or attraction within unified beliefs.
Before creating the next piece of content for me, it is important how it will play into the topic cluster and relate to the other pieces of content within that topic cluster.
analyzing the previous content would help determine the format that best worked with the target market and then the channels that need to be utilized more. getting feedback from all the team members about their work on the previous content will also give insights into developing better content. lastly, conducting more research on the what the people will need next.
Before I create my next piece of content, I will ensure I even have a process. As someone that has only dabbled in social media marketing, I have only created loose workflows. I want to solidify that process before continuing any further.
I will discuss with my team, share what i learn from the course before and communicate with them about what kind of platform they easy to use to work in collaborative manner.
First of all, I consider which platform is more suitable for publishing our brand content. Based on the presence of the target audience and their feedback on our content, I decide to produce and publish appropriate content. To do this, I will definitely use a content calendar to coordinate between team members
