Improving your content creation process

Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).

Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

*To learn more about this, check out the Building a Content Creation Framework lesson via HubSpot Academy.

I would think about the size of my content and how others have expressed my ideas similiar to mine.  My key ares of significance would be making it interesting and the audience wanting to return to read somemore.  The first paragraph or page would have to have to concise and reflect high knowledge or attraction within unified beliefs.

Before creating the next piece of content for me, it is important how it will play into the topic cluster and relate to the other pieces of content within that topic cluster.

analyzing the previous content would help determine the format that best worked with the target market and then the channels that need to be utilized more. getting feedback from all the team members about their work on the previous content will also give insights into developing better content. lastly, conducting more research on the what the people will need next.

* Create a file to list down all brainstorming ideas

* Establish clear and well defined timelines for content work flow

* Have an online collaborative space for the whole team to stay together and contribute accordingly, such as Trello, Notion, Rock.so or Google Drive.

Before I create my next piece of content, I will ensure I even have a process. As someone that has only dabbled in social media marketing, I have only created loose workflows. I want to solidify that process before continuing any further.

To improve the content process creating an online survey and analyze the results and decide on further steps based on that would be a great idea!

First of all, I consider which platform is more suitable for publishing our brand content. Based on the presence of the target audience and their feedback on our content, I decide to produce and publish appropriate content. To do this, I will definitely use a content calendar to coordinate between team members

To improve my current process, before I create my next piece I will make sure that my content reflects the buyer persona and make sure that my content is repeatable and consistent yet updated to make sure that people remain engaged, and make sure the content reflects the platform it is on.

I want to create smarter content by surveying a large group of buyer personas to see what they find most effective.

Creating a robust content creation framework, starting with conceptualization of content will help. By beginning the framework with content conceptualization, I can identify appropriate ideas for content offers based on my customers' stage in their buyers journey.

I am new to content writing, so I need to actually create my framework.  I feel that with this process in order from the beginning, it'll help me stay organized and write my best.

I believe that is a genuinely great way to start improving. Feedback with those you work with will help form a well organized and put together vision of the content in full.

Before I create my next piece of content, I will formulate a content framework. Being a team of one, I am often under the gun to produce content and end up making much of it on the fly which isn't sensible for scaling our content strategy.
