Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
One thing I can do to improve my content creation process, is building a production checklist before I begin to work on content. This includes pre-scheduling days/times to film, coordinating with collaborators well ahead of time, and ensuring enough time to edit/repurpose content before publishing.
I have not previously made monetized content. I am interested in exploring and focusing on the editing and plannings aspect of my content. These are areas I have overlooked in the past. Understanding the content is created and that doesn't necessarily mean that is ready to be published is an important aspect.
I'm going to create a content outline so that I know what I want to exactly say or doing and when it should be done by or how long it should take to complete.
hi i have multiple questions about the structure of this course since i find it confusing to create a framewrk before setting up the workflow of the content , really hope i can discuss it with someone
With the present technologies like AI, i would like to develop an app that can automate the every step of content creation and we can digitally sign off on content that are approved and share feedback in case of any improvements
In a company that is going through rapid changes, my content processes have changed siginficantly at an equally fast pace. Keeping collaborators and stakeholders updated has been a challenge. I really like the idea of a detailed living content creation guide, and having regular simple google survey's with stakeholders to know how processes changes are landing with them.
To improve my content creation process, I will make a clear content checklist that I can follow every time. It will include steps like research, outlining, drafting, and reviewing. This will make my work more organized, faster, and easier to repeat for every new piece of content.
For me, i would focus on creating content for every stage of the buyers journey from awareness stage to consideration stage and see how the decision stage improves.
Also documenting every stage of the journey and reviewing progress over time.
Thank You ABI our content manager in Hubspot Academy👏
A great improvement I’d focus on is creating a simple content checklist or workflow template so every piece of content follows a clear, consistent process from idea to publication.
Yeah survey is a good method for improve you work other than that the thinks I do is analysis by perverse content and see the how the thinks went which content get the more audiences and which get least and analysis regarding that and keep in my what content I will make other them that I keep in mind some ideas and framework to flows primers from next content in my mind or in my work jornal to save some time for next content

Surveys are definitely a great. I would also proactively seek suggestions through comment sections of the social media platforms that I create my content on. AI is another tool which I would use to generate summaries regarding the topic of interest from across popular forums such as reddit. And I think it saves a huge amount of time.
Before I make a piece of content, I should improve my storyboarding process regarding what kind of media elements would make it more appealing to the audience (stock footage, still images, ambient sounds, etc.), along with continuing to think outside the box in terms of implementing various editing techinques. I also need to do better with reducing the time it takes to decide what pieces of media content to use by planning ahead more.
