Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
I agree with you. To improve my content creation process, I am going to set a fixed checklist before starting any new project. This will help me stay organized, avoid mistakes, and work more smoothly with others. I believe a clear system always leads to better results.
Before I create my next piece of content, I will implement a process where I create the content in advance and send it to the people I am working with for their feedback. Additionally, I will create a content plan outlining all the ideas I want to test. This will help me determine which ones are most effective.
This lesson taught me the importance of understanding first what my message/story is before I can create a framework. It serves as answering questions that haven't been asked or dealing with challenges before they occur.
Building trust is also important, and in every stage of the buying process, the prospect/reader should be communicated to. In order to improve my content creation process, I first need to define my story, look at my products and services and begin from there.
I'll review data and feedback from my existing audience to understand what's working and what needs improvement, so I can create content that's more impactful and aligned with their interests.
I’ll use HubSpot’s content creation framework step by step instead of jumping straight into writing — starting with defining the goal, researching the audience, and planning distribution.
Before I create my next piece of content, I’m going to create a simple checklist that includes every step of my process — from brainstorming ideas to publishing and analyzing results. This will help me stay organized, save time, and make sure that no creative detail gets lost along the way.
Having a clear structure will also make collaboration easier and more comfortable for everyone involved.
As a newbie in content marketing, I'm going to identify the brand's goals and create a content strategy and workflow that aligns with achieving the goals.

Improving your content creation process
Starting off as someone who is new to content marketing, I will work on the organization of the content process. Aligning quarterly goals with the buyer's journey was something I never thought about before and will help with the ideation process moving forward.

Loop Marketing is a new four-stage approach that combines AI efficiency and human authenticity to drive growth.
I would identify all the touch points required to reach the organizational goals and systematically write out all the necessary steps to to fufil each of them through a live project management tool. Creating a culture of openess and team collaboration would also be important coming up with new ideas and streamling processes. Each piece of content would not only inform prospects on the work the organization does but also sympathize with their experience and offer solutions on how to improve things.
I would start by evaluating what content I already have at my disposal. Then I would list out all objectives I need to discuss with the team to align company goals with the content. I would lay out a grid in Google Docs that organizes exisiting content and for new conent sources that may help you generate content that is relevant.
Being someone who's new to content marketing, and who haven't made any blog posts, one of the things I'll tag as important is proper planning of writing my content, from writing to editing.
I think first thing would be setting up a google form for feedback, as the only designer on the team it would be great to have good feedback that is reworded to be understood by everyone. I think the very next thing would be making a structured timeline with actionable steps and wiggle room to make sure everyone is clear on what needs to be done.
as of right now, we do not have a blog and one of my first steps to starting one is to create a format and tracking system to ensure that it will always carry the same tone, and will be clear and organized what stage the post is at.
