Improving your content creation process

Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).

 

Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.

Personally i would search for any missing content and ask the AI and co-workers to look for any possible mistakes or new updates on the current topics and fill the gap. I'd the create a survey via Google Forms and ask for feedbacks from people who didn't take part in the process.

One thing I’m going to try to improve my content creation process is using AI to handle the repetitive parts, like drafting or generating ideas. That way, I can focus more on the creative side and making the content feel more authentic. It’s about working smarter, not harder!

I believe I have a good foundation of how I do my content creation process. I believe the areas of improvement would be having a more detailed calendar that outlines where I am at in each stage and setting deadlines for approval as well as being able to think more outside of the box for creative content. More consistent posting is something I need to work on as well.

I usually just have all the content with me - videos, auido, writings, pictures - then post it on social media on the basies of my content calender . concistancy is only key to achichive goals , so giveing true story to buyers and statisfiy them. I would begin with creating a content calendar, and a content organisation format. I usually just have all the content with me - videos, auido, writings, pictures - then scramble about for which to post when but a calendar will take stress off me, and help me feel more ready and direct with my posting. As for content organisation, I have run into the problem of trying to find old content to reuse, and it was almost impossible. Storing and organizing content will make it less labourious.

Before creating my next piece of content, one planning method I can implement is mood boards/taking more time behind-the-scenes to plan my aesthetics and goal adaquetely. I tend to get an idea, and immediately feel the need to rush into the creation process. But, by taking a step back and TRULY planning what it is I want to accomplish, it will only strengthen my work and my ideas as a whole.

To improve my content creation process, one thing I could do is set up a dedicated content calendar using a tool like Trello or Notion. This would allow me to plan out my content weeks in advance, keep track of deadlines, and assign tasks to collaborators in a more structured way. It will also help in ensuring that all steps in the process are clear and visible to everyone involved, making collaboration smoother and deadlines more manageable.

for me content creation should be simple clear and easy to follow,

the plan should be placed to be followed across the journey

documentation comes in place to check and confirm if any error / issue happens in between can be easily traced and fixed back.
Also couminication and make sure the role is clear, set and easy to follow is crucial.

To improve my process I will not only create content for every step of the buyers journey, but also be very specfic in what the buyer is looking for (a blog, video, a consultation, etc...). This will help me in communicating goals with the team/client and help set expectations for roles in the editing process.

To improve my content creation process, I can make deadlines for each content ideasn be creating deadlines for each stage of the content creation process, and also storing future content ideas in a clear and detailed manner that allows for easy recall of the idea.

One example I thought about is a university. Colleges are a type of brand whose goal is to convince students that their education program is the best for the careers they're looking for and make the final decision to enroll. They typically add articles and student video testimonials to initiate a conneciton indecisive students could relate to. However, these kinds is developed months before the beginning of the school year. If I were to create video testimonials of students from different departments around the school, one way I could improve this process is by creating a Google Drive to organize of the editing process before the final video is published on the website. Videos can be labeled by students name, department, and year of graduation, the date filmed, and outlining the status of the editing process before it gets reviewed. I would need to research other competitive schools and outline the strengths of the university's brand other schools don't have.
