Amongst the several social media mouths (platforms) I must feed content, I could start off with the most summarized content on Instagram, then expand to blogs on my website, and later expand into an infographic to be shared in the email newsletter. Along the way, there would be sub-tasks of adding on to the content roots and feeding them to other mouths like Linkedin, twitter, etc. This would be a perfect workflow for content to be recycled with more or less the same message.

One easy way is to take a blog post that's not performing, or performing well — whatever your persuasion — and make an accompanying video update. Talk about the feedback that's been received about the blog and what's new since it's been published. Viewers who haven't read it and want to play catch up can go back and get the base material. People who have read it and want part two can check out the video. All of these lend way to further updates ("What's new in 2024").

Repurposing content is one of my favorite parts of content marketing. Some ideas include:
Take a blog post and make it into an infographic.
Take podcasts and transcribe them with key points highlighted and make into a blog post. Do some keyword research before publishing to further boost the content.
Update older content with an SEO refresh or update information to fit current time
Turn a long blog post into a video, or how-to
Take a webinar and turn into a video or downloadable course.
Take the most viral, high engagement social post and create a poll or quiz to share via IG or TikTok etc.
