After creating the piece of content in whatever form first, take it as a base for making other multiple content formats. If the content piece is large in size, it can be divided in to sub topics and be shared as posts, reels, youtube shorts or tik tok content. the original larger base content can also be converted into a podcast, an email newsletter series or a youtube long-form video. If the base content piece is short in nature then it can be used as a short topic, out of which a core topic can be figured out and the same practice of converting into other formats can be applied as discussed previously.

I am not a marketer by trade -- I am a web developer and more recently an IT Manager and became a HubSpot administrator as I chose HubSpot for our CRM. To that end, I thought I would learn more about marketing and market my abilities better than I have. So, my answers in this may not have a ton of insight, but I just need to go for it.
From what I can tell, it seems that a great and relatively simple way to extend and repurpose content is to start with a blog on some topic. Then take the topic and build it out, do a deeper dive -- do this after 12 months or so. You then update the original blog with a link to wherever you put the longer piece of content -- a guide, whitepaper, presentation, etc.
In my simple, non-marketing mind, it does a whole lot:
You now have 2 places where you talk about the topic, increasing your chances of it being found in a search.
The longer, more in-depth piece of content works to affirm domain expertise.

Of these different type of content, we can monitor the feedbacks or comment from the audience.
