Hey y'all! My name is Abi and I'm a Content Marketing Manager working in cyber security πŸ€“. My biggest challenge is implementing a content strategy that is fluid/dynamic (things are constantly changing in our world!) but provides enough structure, so that we deliver on the business objectives. 

There are many other challenges but I won't go into them just yet! Looking forward to getting started on the course and learning from you all.

 It sounds like you're in a really exciting and fast-paced field with cybersecurity. Balancing a fluid content strategy while keeping structure to meet business objectives can definitely be challenging! One approach that might help is to build a flexible content calendar that allows for quick pivots while still aligning with your overall goals. Incorporating things like periodic audits and checkpoints can also give you the space to adjust as things change.

Good suggestions! The leadership team are currently working on the strategy for 2025. As an organization we struggle to put pen to paper and commit to a strategy, often relying on the dynamic nature of cybersecurity as an excuse.....imho. As you say it's about agreeing what we would like to achieve, but recognising there can be flexibility. This applies to content and strategy as a whole.

I do schedule regular check-ins. I'm hoping a more clearly defined strategy from the top will also help.
