Missing Navigation Options - File Manager, Website, Social
SOLVEHi,
I have been using HubSpot for years at the office and have always had access to all features. However, I am taking the Design course using my own free Partner account and I missing some required navigation options to complete the practicum.
On the top navigation, I don't see Social or Reports.
Under Content, I am missing Website, FIle Manager, Campaigns, and Template Marketplace. Some of these features are not needed for the practicum, but I thought I should list everything.
Also, when I try to edit the basic footer, "edit options" is not available.
I can see the "HubSpot Design" course in the Learning Center, so I am assuming I have a designer account and these features should be available.
Any help would be appreciated!

You can use your Marketplace Provider account (and many do) for the design certification! With this account type, you do not have access to Campaigns, Social or Reports. You are correct.
Please take a second look -- we've renamed "Websites" to "Website Pages" which is your navigation screenshot.
You can access the FIle Manager and Template Marketplace from the Design Manager https://app.hubspot.com/l/design-manager/
and click the left sidebar. Here's a screenshot of your portal:
In order to edit the footer, that is done from Content >Content Settings in the top navigation. This module always displays a lock to indicated that it cannot be changed, in any portal type. Lastly, you really shouldn't have to use any of the aforementioned tools to complete the practicum. Let me know if I can be of further assistance!
