JS/JQuery video overlay close button has disappeared

A button usually appears at the same time the video does when the 'watch video' button is c licked as with this page but it doesn't work on this page that i'm currently working on. The only way to close the video is to refresh the page. 

I have added the same code on both page. What am i missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, i'm still stuck, unfortunately! An agency built it for us!
