How to set a full width background for content-wrapper?

Am trying to set a background for the content-wrapper, but the width is only limited to the content area. But I want it to be stretched out.

That is the reference Image from ThoughtFocus(http://www.thoughtfocus.com/iot-and-ai/) 

I wanted to create the same layout in HubSpot hence we will be creating the Landing Pages here in HubSpot, and was not able to achieve it.
