Custom HTML email font sizes are not displaying cohesively

Hi,

I am trying to make a custom HTML email, but my font sizes are very different across clients. My markup is formatted as follows:

<td style="font-size: 24px !important;">Text Goes Here</td>

Despite this, Apple iOS mail seems to render very small, the Gmail apps render large, and web clients render as expected.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Do you have a preview/public link to the email you can share so we can take a look? 

Additionally do you have any screenshots with the different results you're seeing?
