The Content Assistant it's not working for me. (UPDATE)

My co-worker and I have already been accepted to use the beta version of HubSpot's Content Assistant, however, the tool doesn't appear for us anywhere in the Hub, not even the "flash" icon. Can anybody help me?

 

UPDATE: It was because of our mismatch ID, check out comments on this post.

I have the same issue.

I contacted support but they couldn't assist me right away, They needed to change something...

It was the same for us. Email your product manager. They had to reset for us.

I just had mine resolved! It is now working. I contact the folks at Hubspot and restated my Hub ID. That solved the issue.
