[Private beta] Summarize conversation in the Conversations Inbox

Hi Everyone! I'm Jolie, a product manager working on some of the exciting content assistance features rolling out shortly.

We're releasing our newest feature, Conversation Summary, to private beta. This feature summarizes open conversations so you can quickly and easily recap a conversation and share context prior to hand-off.

 

How does it work? 

Regardless of what channel you're using in the inbox, simply click on the Summarize button in the comment section for a recap of the conversation. You can then customize the summary, tag a colleague or add your comment.
