Hello, thank you very much for the opportunity to test beta AI features. The issue I have is that I do not see the Content Assistant on my Hubspot at all. 

 

WHat should I do?

I have found a solution (same as mirk did) - go to your messages on the top right, replay to the mail "Your request to join Content Assistant Beta is approved." The person will ask for your Hubspot ID, and after a couple of hours, you'll have it. And it looks awesome!

Not yet. I contacted them directly as suggested by mirk, but still no response.

Same here! I just got approved yesterday and didn't see the button that was in the help article. Maybe it takes time to show up?

Oh wow – I'm sorry you've been waiting for so long! Have you asked your hubspot rep? I was going to do that next, but you've been approved for much longer than I have so you might not get the "wait and see" reply like I probably will.

Same here! Does ist work for you by now @MMartini , @CUrsu1 et al? And if so how did you make it work? Did you reach out to support or was writing in here enough?

still nothing... in the mail it says we should write here for support. But it's not enough obviously

I followed now the advice given in this post,  and contacted folks at HubSpot with my HubSpot portal ID and after a couple of hours I was informed to refresh and it is working now.

Same for me, I got a message I was approved, reviewed the knowledge base but I can't see to be able to access any of the features in my portal.
