How to quickly turn off? Also: challenges with AI while blogging

Where do I go to turn off the AI asst for a bit?
Needs a super obvious/simple way to turn it off/on. I don't need it 99% of the time. I have Chrome and Grammarly doing much of it, and suggestion tools used on copy before I paste into Hubspot (from a variety of sources, writers, guest posts, etc).
Suggestion: in the fly out box with all the AI functions, when you hover over bolt, one option should be "Turn Off AI-asst". If it's there, I missed it.

Some notes I took while trying to write blog posts yesterday, first time as a beta user of AI asst:

--when a block of text is highlighted, I can't cut or do normal things to the text while the ai bolt is hovering. have to click out of the text, then back in. It's like frozen for AI functions, though I never said I specifically wanted to do anything with AI at the moment, for that piece of text.  It does this constantly every time I have text highlighted as I craft, move things around, link, etc.

--It seemed to interfere with my mouse triple-clicks to select a line before bolding it. Sometimes double/triple clicking wouldn't highlight the full line. Pre AI it would, but it feels like the AI function is interfering with normal editing/mouse functions in real time.

--Can't double click into word trying to place the cursor to make a change, it highlights the word but not allowing me to drop in the cursor as I used to, when the ai bolt is around.

-Have text highlighted, hit control+K to add a link (which I use constantly), and it won't work with the bolt around. Can't drop in a link, have to use the mouse to find the insert link in toolbar, but much prefer to use keyboard shortcuts.

Overall, if AI would just stay out of the way while I edit, that would be great. Then be easy to call it up if I needed. Generative AI shouldn't be embedded with checkin grammar/spelling, as one needs to run all the time, the other rarely. And I prefer Grammarly for checkin anyway, as it compiles data across every tool I use for content anywhere, from social, to hubspot, to google docs, and more.

I agree with needing an option to turn off the AI tools. We have some users that are experiencing issues with the AI tool interfering with spell check and replacing misspelled words due to the lightning bolt. It would be great if that could be turned off (even for some users who aren't interested in using the tools).
