the first mail i sent through the others i did show sent but never went through just showing 0 percent

Thank you for providing more details. If I understand correctly, you're not seeing an open rate percentage for your email campaigns. Have you tried sending the email to yourself and waiting for approximately 45 minutes (the time it takes for the metrics to update) to see if the open rate is being counted or not? This can help determine if the opens are indeed being recorded accurately.
