My main Task tab is not showing at all, and when I go into a contact's information, all it lets me do is create a note. I can not assign a task or activity or call, etc... only a note. So I can't make ANY tasks whatsoever!! Anyone know why? What am I missing?

OK. I figured it out... I guess. I had to click "create a deal" in the side bar of my contact. THEN it applied the CRM features so I could create tasks etc. Why isn't this standard and already in place when you sign up??
