automate notifications for repetitive deals

Hi.

A number of deals that we create in our CRM and do business upon have a certain periodicity to them. Is there a way in HubSpot CRM to automate a notification email sent to the sales rep concerned every time a particular event is scheduled to happen?

Eg. If we do business providing AV services to a company holding its sales meeting on a quarterly basis, is there a way that everytime a month before they are holding a meeting, our sales rep concerned get a notification email, highlighting that the sales rep need to follow-up on that deal?

It would ensure a number of business do not escape our attention and slip between the cracks.

Hi @Nipun_Ansal  There is currently not a way to automate this. You would have to do this manually. You can set a task, and set a reminder for a task, for any given date, from either the the contact or the company record.
