I’m currently working on automating our lead nurturing process using HubSpot, but I’m not sure which features work best for keeping leads engaged at every stage. What are the top tips for automating workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication? Any advice on segmentation, email workflows, or CRM integrations would be really helpful. Hey @DBrown772 this can be a complex and individual project, there's really no cookie cutter answer for this. 

What I would advise is mapping out each step you expect your lead to hit, each dropoff point and then each re-engagement opportunity visually. Have a full guide on how you expect your lead nurturing to work in an ideal world. Then start to map that to HubSpot. 

Workflows is going to be the tool you will use most for this, figure out your triggers and actions and then customise them to suit your needs.
