Unknown Customer

Hi, In my payments - I see 2 unknown customer charges via ACH that are processing. I contacted stripe who advised that I have to contact HubSpot for further support. I canceled payment - not sure if there us anything else I should do?

I have reviewed your case but did not find anything similar in past or current cases. Could you please provide a screenshot showing where you encountered this unknown purchase? Does this mean the contact lacks an email or any contact information? Your detailed input will enable us to assist you more effectively.

Hi - no not from HubSpot billing . Transactions as in unknown customers purchase.
