I got an error message on Hubspot out of the blue saying payments were no longer working and I needed to verify Stripe. Clicking that link just took me to the Stripe dashboard and I couldn't find anything that needed to be verified and was just going in a circle between Stripe and Hubspot.
Eventually I decided to uninstall Stripe as payment processor so i could reinstall it. So now I get this message on payments :Image 1
When I follow the instructions to reconnect Stripe though, I keep hitting this message:

I went to Stripe support and they said that they were connected to Hubspot on their end but they would need to coordinate with Hubspot to make sure.
Does anyone know why Hubspot think it is both connected and not connected to Stripe and how to fix it? I just want Stripe to be the payment processor
Hi @kennedyp I did not follow that process no, didn't realise that was how to do it. I tried using an incognito tab and that didn't work I am still getting the same error.
