I have a B2B business selling to shops so my customers are Companies. I have synced all prior invoices, contacts and products from Xero.
I would like to use the information from Xero to analyse sales per product per company and other sales analysis such as total sales per year/month etc.
Has anyone done this in a Report or another way and if so, could you share how?
I’ve done something like this before by exporting my Xero sales data into Excel and using pivot tables to analyze sales by product, company, and time period. It works pretty well for getting detailed insights like total sales per month or year. If you’re looking for more advanced features, there are also third-party tools that integrate with Xero and can help automate some of this analysis. That’s what I ended up using for more in-depth reports.
We are a HubSpot solutions partner that has developed a native b2b commerce app for HubSpot. It features a bi-directional sync with Xero, so you can get access to reporting on all of your Xero data.
Would be happy to have a quick chat to learn more about your commerce operations and see if this is a good fit. If youre interetsed, send me a DM.
