Payment Links Not Working From Within Customer Record

Hi, 

 

The payments link function isn't working when I try to create a new payment link from within a customer record. It wants me to select a currency from the dropdown list but there are no currencies available to select. 

 

It seems to work fine when I create a payment link from within the payment link page itself. 

 

I am a super admin on a free account, and I have our currency set up to GBP.

Has anyone experienced this issue and worked out how to fix it?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortuantley, I'm on a free plan so Tecnical Support isn't included. However on Hubspot's website it does say payment links are included for free users (provided we connect to Stripe). 

 

The weird thing is it works perfectly if I go through Commerce > Payment Links > Create payment link, but when I try to create a payment link from within a customer record it doesn't work, so I'm pretty sure it's a glitch, but unfortunately I have no way of contacting technical support to let them know. 

 

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
