We recently changed our domain, and now we’re encountering an issue when trying to access our invoices. Every time we attempt to open them, we either face errors or the page doesn’t load.
I’ve connected with support, but I would appreciate a temporary workaround as a backup solution for now.
Has anyone experienced this after changing domains? Any advice or steps would be greatly appreciated.
We have actually faced a similar situation after changing our domain, here’s how we worked around it So if you click on the invoice of your choice and go to Actions> Send, You will have an option to send via mail and change your “ To” address and this should work as expected, else if you just want to view the invoice, you can directly view from there.
