Is there a way to externally restrict the ability to view a published quote?

Hey all,

Our risk team has an issue with us just using a public URL that theoretically anyone can access with the Quotes we're sending out, so I was wondering if there's a way to "restrict" them in a sense "ie. require a specific email address to view" or some other way to secure the document?

This is unfortunately not possible at this stage. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Password-Protection-for-Quotes/idi-p/427220

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I'd recommend commenting and upvoting.

The alternative would currently to download the quote as a PDF and send it through a secure channel.
