Invoicing emails

SOLVE

Hi, 

I'm really struggling to use attach my email to be able to send emails to my clients. 

Everytime is try to add my email address it says I don't have the permissions. I'm a super user and the MS 360 account holder.

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis, thanks for the mention.

 

@rcundycambridge,

Even though you’re a super user in HubSpot, Microsoft 365 treats email connection as an organization-wide app permission, and your current Microsoft account doesn’t have the Global Admin role required to authorize third-party apps like HubSpot.

 

The message:

“HubSpot, Inc. needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant.”

means your Microsoft tenant is set to require admin approval for app integrations.

 

If you have a Microsoft 365 Global Admin sign in using the link "Have an admin account? Sign in with that account"

Once logged in, the Global Admin must click “Accept” to grant HubSpot access org-wide.

After that, you'll be able to connect your inbox without any further issues.
