Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
You can customize the default appearance of receipts in your account's branding settings, including the company name, logo, and the colored bar at the top of the email (you can find detailed instructions in this Knowledge base article).
Is this what you were looking for? Or would you like to have the option to edit individual receipts before they get sent to customers?
Granular customisation to the receipt is not possible at the moment. You could create a feature request in our Ideas forum – our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers. Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable!
