The invoices module in HubSpot has been live for almost a year now.
I'm working with several HubSpot clients that have a requirement to use the invoices function either natively in HubSpot or via an integration with Xero, NetSuite or QuickBooks.
Every time i run into issues, primarily because there is no way to bulk update invoices through any of the normal methods:
The API does not allow for editing invoices, there are no endpoints for this.
Workflows for invoices don't have any of the standard object functions such as 'Set Property Value'
There is currently no way to bulk import/bulk update invoices
There isn't a bulk way to edit properties from the invoice record view when selecting multiple invoices.
This is really causing issues, has anyone come across ways to bulk update invoice properties?
Thanks for the tag @janek - and hello @HazelJohnson. While I don't have a workaround for this, I would suggest adding your copy from here to an idea here and having folks upvote and comment for attention. Product manager monitor that forum and may consider an update if it's not already in the works.

Leaving a message here to get a reminder if there are any updates on this.
We are setting up three sales teams in different regions and have integrated Xero and HubSpot to facilitate invoicing. We have run into a similar issue as there is no way for us to use Workflows to update invoice properties which means our sales teams must do this manually...
