How to create a subscription and then invoice from the won deal?
SOLVE
Hi there,
I have the following question regarding the updated features in Commerce of Hubspot.
Can I somehow create a flow that looks next:
Create a deal, add a quote, and send it to the customer for a signature. After signature when the deal is won, I have to create a recurring subscription and generate from a subscription recurring invoice. Is that flow possible?
Also is it possible to set an automatic reminder 1 month in advance before the renewal date in the recurring subscription for the customer? ( We mostly work with yearly plans )
Is there any possibility of creating a credit note if the invoice is incorrect or the customer requesting it?
Is there any possibility of setting reminders for customers in case an invoice is overdue?
Begin by creating a deal and adding a quote to it. Once the quote is ready, you can send it to the customer for signature. When the deal is won (i.e., signed by the customer), you can set up automation to trigger the creation of a recurring subscription based on the terms agreed upon in the deal.
Upon winning the deal, HubSpot can automatically generate a recurring subscription and create a recurring invoice from that subscription.
Yes, it's possible to set up automatic reminders for customers, such as sending a reminder one month before the renewal date of their yearly subscription plan. This ensures they are notified in advance.
You can set up reminders for customers in case an invoice becomes overdue. This helps in prompt payment collection and ensures smooth financial transactions.
