Currently there is no notification when a payment has failed. Without manually checking from time to time, there is no way for us to know if payments are being rejected or have failed...which can have very negative outcomes. This lack of notification will have major negative impacts on our organization as we run all our payments through here.
I am a PM on the HubSpot Payments team. Are you looking for a notification for failed subscription payments? If so, you could automate the notification using our workflow tools to trigger an internal notification or create a task when a subscription status changes to unpaid.
