Create Quote Automation

Is there any way to create a quote from a deal stage trigger? For example, once deal x moves from deal stage y to z, then a specific quote is created. One step further, is it possible to automate the sending of the quote once it has been created?

I used it, Worked good for me as creating a quote is a long and tiring process. This app helped me in creating quotes directly. Also the team who made is good. i needed some assistance and they were prompt to help me out.

The latest information on the subject which we have received:

Managing the (un-)publication and deletion of quotes via Hubspot's API:

• At this moment, the public Quotes API documentation is the only customer-facing document available related to using API functionality to leverage our Quotes tool

• I've researched internally, and currently, there is no projected conversation or date of release of such functionality within our Quotes tool

• As noted in this community thread, it's not currently possible to automate the creation of quotes via any HubSpot tools, outside of using our public Quotes API.

• It may be possible via some integration (ex. Zapier) to do so, however, you will need to research our app marketplace to find an integration that would meet your use case.
  
  We have requested further information on the strategy regarding the Quotes management feature set. In it's current state it is severly unfit for high volume and automated quote management.
  
  We advocate for implementing the necessary functionality and exposing it via endpoints of Hubspot's REST API so the community can build solutions on top of that.

Hey!! I was struggling with the same problem—I create a lot of quotes in a day. While browsing through the marketplace, I found this app. It has a feature that lets you create quotes directly just by moving deals through stages. Super handy!

Hi there - Can you include screenshots? I have not seen the option to automatically create a quote. I would love to be able to use deal info to automatically create a quote with certain products.

i dont think there is a solution for creating quotes automatically !!
But u cna use a free app from marketplace. 
From my experience You can Try this App on Marketplace named "AutoQuote" , i using it for a while now. and its been helpful. heere is the link if u want

You can create workflows that trigger actions based on changes in deal stages.

• Navigate to your HubSpot dashboard and go to the "Automation" tab. From there, select "Workflows" and click on "Create workflow."
• Define the criteria for when a deal should enter the workflow. This could be when the deal stage changes from y to z.
• Once the deal enters the workflow, add an action to create a quote. HubSpot allows you to integrate with various quoting tools or create custom quote templates within the platform.
• After the quote is created, you can add another action to send the quote automatically. You can use our email automation capabilities, allowing you to send the quote to the relevant contacts associated with the deal.

Don't see this either and really would like it. I did check to be sure it wasn't an opt-in beta, but I don't see anything there, either.

If you want to create quotes directly from deal stages, I think this app (AutoQuote) is worth a try. Just found it recently !

Hi Pam, I'm pretty sure it's not possible right now to create a workflow that creates a custom quote template within the plattform. 

Or did you push that with a new update?

I would love to have that feature and am waiting for it to be released since months!

Unfortunately, AutoQuote didn't solve it for me. Theoretically you can create basic quotes automatically, but not with custom products etc.

Still looking for a good solution
