Optional Verification for Quotes E-Signature
What is it?
Customers now have the option to make E-Sign email verification optional, simplifying the signing process for buyers.
Why does it matter?
Customers may not always require email verification during the signing of quotes, and buyers may find this step cumbersome as it interrupts the quote and purchasing process. To improve the experience, we’ve decided to make this step optional, allowing customers to choose whether to enable or disable email verification during the signing of a quote.
How does it work?
To get started:
- Go to Quote settings (Settings > Objects > Quotes)
- Within the E-signature tab, users will see E-signature settings
- Users can enable or disable identity verification before signing
