Chargeback and dispute visibility for Commerce Hub
What is it?
Commerce Hub customers now receive automatic notifications at every stage when a buyer disputes their payment. They can also view comprehensive dispute details directly within the payment interface.
Why does it matter?
When buyers dispute payments, Commerce Hub customers need immediate visibility into the dispute and its underlying reasons. This transparency enables faster, more effective dispute resolution and better customer relationships.
How does it work?
Previously, disputed payments did not show dispute information to Commerce Hub customers.
Now, notifications are automatically sent when a dispute is opened and at each step in the dispute process.
Customers can now view dispute details within payments and use new Disputed status options to filer and report on disputes.
