#1 Commerce Hub feature request was just released! QBO + HubSpot just got a massive upgrade!!
The Commerce Hub team's mission is to transform B2B commerce by building commerce and billing tools directly within the CRM, allowing organizations to get paid faster, increase revenue and save time. We've been able to walk the walk on this, however finance/back office teams would still need to export invoices from HubSpot and then import them into their accounting system. And while that wouldn't take more than a few minutes, we could do more to solve for this persona and this part of the business process. We've now solved this pain, with an extremely powerful yet simple bidirectional invoice and payment sync 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Now when you create an invoice within HubSpot, that will automatically sync over to QBO - same invoice number, associations, line items, amount, etc. When it's marked as paid in one system, it's marked as paid in the other. It really is that simple!
The impact on organizations is much greater than simply moving the data you need into an accounting system though... this new integration empowers your front office teams to get paid faster and speed up the opportunity to revenue process, it also allows your back office teams to focus on the things they'd rather focus on. For example, does your finance team like sending and then following up on overdue invoices? Probably not - you'd likely rather have your customer facing teams interacting with your customers and our invoice-based workflow to follow up on those overdue invoices.
