Domain kasa.com is incorrectly displaying info pulled from Clearbit

Hi,

 

At kasa.com we use superhuman.com to manage our email service. We noticed that all Kasa employees are displaying incorrect information in their profile - they are listed as employees of "Kasa Smart", which is a different company.

We asked and they referred to Clearbit, saying their platform pulls that info from there. Could you help us in changing this?

Thank you for getting in touch! I'm happy to help.

 

I understand that Clearbit is providing incorrect enrichment data for kasa.com. I was able to recreate this experience. I apologize for the incorrect data. Not to worry, it is a quick fix.

 

I went ahead and updated kasa.com to the correct company and subsequent enrichment data. The change is immediate, though it may take a few hours to days to update in your place of record.

 

With all of the data points we return across 40+ million companies and 400+ million contacts, some data inaccuracies, while minimal, are possible. We continue to make regular updates to our data set, improving breadth, depth, and accuracy. That being said, if you see any other examples of data quality issues, please raise them so we can correct it right away.

 

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Thank you for following up. I understand you're still seeing the incorrect data for Kasa. I'm happy to continue looking into this with you.

 

I checked on the Clearbit side, and all the data except the Facebook URL and Twitter URL have been updated. Those two attributes are still in progress and should be updated within 2 weeks.

 

Regarding the company name, that is up to date on the Clearbit side, so it really depends on when Superhuman re-calls the Enrichment API. I presume they cache the enrichment responses to keep their volume low. My hunch is they recall the data every 30 days. 

 

I recommend hanging tight for a few more weeks to see if the data is refreshed. At that time if Superhuman is still showing old data, the folks on that side may be able to trigger a refresh for you.

 

I appreciate you hanging in there, we're close!
