We use the 'Prospects Visited' Report to try and identify stealth companies looking at our product pages. It seems to de-anonymize a very small amount of the site traffic coming in. I am assuming Clearbit is not powering that part of the product yet. Is the intention that Clearbit gets rolled out more broadly into some of those reports? I would rather not have to go to a 3rd party vendor (who uses Clearbit) to see if the match rates are higher with our traffic.
I apprecaite the additional context here, @MBesse.
You are correct, at this time, the Clearbit Tag and the HubSpot Tracking code do not work interchangeably.
Clearbit continues supporting our current customers, but we’re no longer offering new subscriptions. If you don't already have a Clearbit subscription, I recommend you visit clearbit.com to add your name to our product updates list. That way you'll be the first to know when something changes!
If you need a HubSpot Enrichment solution right away, I suggest you review the current offerings on the HubSpot App Marketplace.
We appreciate you reaching out to the HubSpot Community.
It sounds like you* are seeing fewer than expected Companies showing in the Visitors report.
There coud be a few reasons for this and we'll need to review the account further in order to determine the cause. Please reach out to support@clearbit.com from the email address associated with your Clearbit account and one of our team members will help get to the bottom of this.
In general, as long as you have the Clearbit Tag installed on your site, all website traffic that we have associated with a specific Company will show in the Visitors tab of the Clearbit app.
On the other hand, the Prospector tab let's you apply filters to Clearbit's entire data set and does not limit records to website visitors.
I do not have the Clearbit tag on my site, just a hubspot tag. Based on your response, my assumption would be that the tags are not used interchangeably. Is there a way that I can sign up for Clearbit and place the tag on my site? This link does not offer a sign up flow: https://clearbit.com/
