The clearbit button is not showing up at all in my gmail. I click on "open sidebar" but nothing happens. My Chrome is up to date and the clearbit is up to date. ive tried deleting and reinstalling. I also cleared my cache from the past 7 shows. clear bit was working fine a couple of days ago. This is the error message i see on the google extensions page:
Refused to load the script 'chrome-extension://fcc29107-9866-48c2-8263-54f3f5b2becb/assets/content-widget.ts-OUKqK7yV.js' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'wasm-unsafe-eval' 'inline-speculation-rules'". Note that 'script-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'script-src' is used as a fallback.
I'm happy to share that we've identified and fixed the issue, and the updated version of Connect has been submitted to the Google Chrome Store. The update has been approved by the Chrome Store and has been deployed across all users. This should now be fixed.
Thanks for reaching out! I'm happy to help resolve this content security policy error.
To help clarify, the error is stating that the extension is trying to load or execute a JavaScript file in a way that violates the extensions Content Security Policy (CSP).
While the Chrome extension seems to be working on our end, I’d like to gather a bit more information to better diagnose the issue. Could you please provide the following details:
Content Security Policy (CSP) Headers: Could you please inspect the headers in your browser Developer Tools?
CORS Headers: In the Headers section, could you also check for and provide details on the following?
•Access-Control-Allow-Origin
•Access-Control-Allow-Methods
•Access-Control-Allow-Headers
Ad Blockers/Other Extensions: Are there any ad blockers or other security/privacy extensions that might be interfering with scripts?
Your cooperation is much appreciated! Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or clarifications.
Thank you for your patience as we address this matter.
