Breeze Intelligence

Hello!

We had Clearbit before Hubspot purchased and it turned into Breeze Intelligence. What I liked about Clearbit was, I could choose the enriched fields that were of value to our company. For instance, we chose 'industry', 'sub-industry', etc. and had all of that data being enriched where applicable.

We switched to Breeze and not only are we having a huge problem - no enriched records from 1/1/2025 - 3/20/2025 (another story), but i'm realizing that Breeze decides what it wants to enrich. I know people are going to say 'Breeze probably just enriches the data that it has', however, that's not what I'm talking about.

For example, we have a new Disney contact and Breeze decided to enrich employment details like role, linkedin profile, (along with other data we already had), but not company industry - or anything about where he works. 

I think i'm realizing that for Contact enrichment, Breeze will only fill in what it wants for that Contact, and nothing about the Company. I'm guessing I need to turn on Company enrichment for that. But my real question here is, where can I go to find out which fields Breeze is going to attempt to enrich per contact? Same question with Company. I dont want to turn on Company enrichment and then get enriched data that means nothing for MY company. Add on to that, can I get the exact property label for them so that I know which properties that Breeze will touch?

Can anyone help here?

Thanks for getting in touch. I understand you're looking to learn more about the Breeze Intelligence configuration and how it differs from Clearbit. I'm happy to help!

I'm hearing that you want to understand what contact and company properties Breeze will write to. Totally makes sense. To see what properties Breeze will append data to, please see the 'enrichment properties' section of this knowledge base article. And you're absolutely right, to enrich company based data like industry, you'll need to enrich a company record/list or toggle on automatic Company level enrichment.

The best way to see what information Breeze will append to your records is to attempt to enrich an individual contact or company record. Please see the 'enrich individual contact or company records' section of this knowledge base article. When you click 'enrich record', the right panel will display the properties Breeze can enrich. You can review the data before moving forward with enrichment. It looks like this:

Thank you for your feedback that you only want properties that relate to your business to be enriched. Today Breeze will enrich any properties it has data for, but please be aware that credits aren't consumed per property. 1 credit equals 1 record enrichment. Each enrichment will consume 1 credit. Find more information on how credits work.
