This week, I wanted to share some exciting new features that will take your HubSpot CRM and ChatSpot experience to a new level!
It's now easier than ever to access ChatSpot's AI driven insights in your flow of work and create new visualizations with your HubSpot data:
- ChatSpot Actions From CRM Records: You can ask for an AI Summary directly on Contacts, Deals, and Ticket records. On Company records, you can ask ChatSpot for both a summary and News for that company!
- Create Bar Charts with Contact Data: Check out the new prompt under the "Reporting" template. You can now build a bar chart displaying contact growth over time in your CRM.
- Access ChatSpot from anywhere in HubSpot: Access ChatSpot directly from any page in your HubSpot account.
