Weekly Update: ChatSpot Has a New Look 😎 & Three New Features to Save You Time
Hey ChatSpot Community Group,
Have you noticed that ChatSpot has a new look? Chat and Templates are now divided into two separate panels allowing you to focus more on chat inputs and outputs and to browse through our template library.
In addition to user face improvements, there are three new exciting AI summary features in ChatSpot:
- CRM Record Summaries - Ask ChatSpot to summarize a contact based on their email and ChatSpot will pull key property data and an AI Summary based on logged notes.
- Summarize YouTube Videos - Drop a link of a YouTube video into ChatSpot and get a summary of the entire video.
- Summarize Podcast Stats - Deep dive into podcast performance by asking ChatSpot for some podcast stats.
