Limiting output by word count for email prompts

We are having difficulty getting chatspot to provide concise email text.  Chatspot returns very long emails even when prompted to be concise or to limit the email by word count.  I would love any insight you might be able to provide.  The emails generated are exceedingly long and innappropriate by todays standards when brevity is valued in marketinbg and sales communications.

Please double-check the parameters you're setting for ChatSpot. Ensure that you're providing clear instructions for concise responses and limiting word counts appropriately.

I would also recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary so they can see your specific ChatSpot settings.
