How do I Remove the Pro Jump Jones  after my name in the from box??

Are you referring to your emails? In the settings menu, navigate to "Marketing" > "Email" > "Sending Domains & Email.".

Here, you'll find options to manage your email settings, including your sender name.

If not, the more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

When I use my email template under the contact tab the from box generates
an automatic from my name then company name. I need that company name to
change or come off.

I can’t find the location where the system is pulling that information
from. I’ve removed every area with that company name and still it didn't
work

In the from box after my name it say Pro jump jones.  i did not want that there. how can I remove it? Ive already went to my profile. Ive changed everything with Pro Jump Jones. Still it remains in the from box
