A note about ChatSpot Support
The HubSpot Technical Support Team is not equipped to provide the typical customer support experience for ChatSpot.ai. ChatSpot.ai is currently in it’s alpha stage of development, and such, we are not able to address or follow up with each individual ticket. Please see our legal terms and obligations for more information regarding support for beta features.
Your feedback about ChatSpot.ai is greatly appreciated in this group and is being shared with our product team for future development. We’re working hard to enhance ChatSpot, and improve the product towards a general availability launch and supporting it alongside all other HubSpot products.
