Cannot Reconnect with HubSpot

ChatSpot stopped working recently and came back with errors. when i tried to disconnect and reconnect my account to HubSpot I get the below server error.

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

 

any ideas?

I just tried and I get the same error page. It tries to load a page for a split second before erroring but no joy

Thanks for trying that out! 

I checked this internally and it looks like there was an issue on ChatSpot's end that has now been fixed. 

Can you confirm if you are able to connect now?

Cannot Reconnect with HubSpot

Hi

Yes, yesterday the HubSpot account link worked.

However, tbh, I haven’t successfully executed a single prompt and all I get are errors such as this below

This was partly why I decided to uninstall and reinstall in the first place.

Right now it’s not adding value by being part of my workday and I’ll try and check back weekly and keep an eye out for any updates that might change this
