I came across the AI Chatbot Builder tool yesterday and wanted to know if this is something HubSpot is actively developing and currently in beta for users to test. I checked my account but was unable to find any information on how to set it up. I found a YouTube video where a user clicked on "Automation" in the sidebar and then selected "AI Chat Builder," but I didn't see this option on my screen.
I'm extremely curious about this technology and its use cases!

Currently, the AI Chatbot Builder tool is indeed an area of active development within HubSpot. However, it's not yet available for all users as it's still in the beta testing phase. This means that it's gradually being rolled out to select users for testing and feedback.
Since you mentioned that you couldn't find the option in your account, it's possible that your account hasn't been granted access to this feature yet. We are gradually expanding access, so keep an eye on any updates from HubSpot regarding new features.
