someone knows how to solve this error: Error: CALL31404ERR

When I'm trying to call I'm receiving this: 
Error: CALL31404ERR

Does someone know how to fixed? Try different phone numbers and always getting this error.

Any changes you made recently, anything out of the ordinary or workarounds you leveraged that might affect calling in HubSpot?

No changes, set up is how it was oriented, just one thing, number asign is in twillio not on Hubspot Calling (here is empty)

Configure a HubSpot provided phone number
or
Register an outbound phone number

or
Use a third-party calling provider

third-party, is like I mention, I think is related with geo permisions on Twilio. If not will write here again, thanks 😉
